For Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, one in four customers has their first brand experience inside one of its 17 restaurant and retail locations. Spanning from San Francisco to Orlando, these environments serve as both retail destinations and immersive brand touchpoints, shaping perception at a critical moment in the customer journey.

The Restaurant and Retail division plays a central role in designing and elevating these physical experiences while also stewarding the brand’s e-commerce presence at Ghirardelli.com. The work requires balancing heritage, premium positioning, and operational execution across multiple channels and markets.

I partnered with cross-functional teams to support the creative strategy and execution across in-store environments, digital touchpoints, and exclusive product launches. This included ideating and producing limited offerings available only in brick-and-mortar locations, such as specialty sundaes and beverages, ensuring each product and experience reinforced Ghirardelli’s premium quality and iconic status. The result was a cohesive brand expression that connected physical retail, experiential dining, and digital commerce into a unified customer journey.
